EXSTAR 6000 series offers a broad load range from 0.01 mN to 5.8 N, which provides maximum sample measurement capability, ranging from single fiber to stiff bulk composites. The displacement range of ± 5000 µm allowes EXSTAR Series TMA to handle a wide range of samples and application demands Wide temperature range from -150 to 1500°C by exchanging the heater units is easy to realize.

Various Load Ranges

The sample load can be applied in the tension the compression and sinusoidal load. The range can be from 0.01mN to 5.8 N. Therefore the instrument covers all the applications.

Outstanding Sensitivity

EXSTAR 6000 series TMA features unsurpassed measurements of sample displacement with high resolution. This provides outstanding sensitivity and highly accuracy measurements of coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE), even for the materials with low expansion rate. .

DMA Capabilities

EXSTAR series TMA is an advanced thermo mechanical analyser which allows to measure samples with dynamic load (sine wave), providing the useful dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA) data besides many TMA features.

Melting Protection Function

This function prevents to melt samples by mistake and so prevents to contaminate the sensor plate. The system shuts down the heating rate, when the sample undergoes a predefined dimension change. This makes the use easy and safe.

High Volume TGA

High volume TGA function is a useful expandable function of this unique TMA. Measurements of high volume sample can be measured and analysed wit high accuracy – with weight s up to 5 g.

Auto Sample Length Measurement

The length or the thickness of a sample is automatically and precisely measured by the EXSTAR TMA with the unique sample length measurement function at the start of an experiment. This function provides easy of use, eliminates troublesome manual micrometer readings and ensures the measurements with higher accuracy.
