THERMAL ANALYSIS by SIINT (SEIKO)

The Most Comprehensive Range of Products

Seiko Instruments Incorporated Nano Technologies (SII NT) has been involved in Thermal Analysis for over 30 years. The company is based in Japan and has many divisions all of which cover different technologies including XRF, ICP-OES and many other spectrometers. The global group also includes Epson and Seiko Watches.

The Thermal Analysis product range covers the following techniques:

  • TG/DTA: Thermo Gravimetric/ Differential Thermal Analyser
  • DSC: Differential Scanning Calorimeter
  • TMA/SS: Thermo Mechanical Analyser/ Stress Strain
  • DMS (sometimes called DMA): Dynamic Mechanical Spectrometer
  • PDC: Photo Chemical Differential Scanning Calorimeter
SIINT has been a true innovator in the design and optimisation in the field of Thermal Analysis:
  • First to introduce DTA predecessor of DSC (second was Dupont)
  • Inventors of the Horizontal , Dual Beam, Dual Balance Design. This was implemented 25 years ago, and has since been optimised and improved over the years . For unrivalled baseline stability and no temperature related Drift
  • Temperature is always measured AT THE SAMPLE to ensure the most accurate and representative data.
