Analysis of coloids and emulsions by DLS
The distribution and stability of coloids and emulsions are key to a number of industries from the food and beverage industry, cosmetics and medicines. The stability of the these emulsions are key to their shelf life and is easily measured by zeta potential by either the traditional ELS (elecrophoteric light scattering) or the more sensitive PALS (Phas Analysis light scattering) for delicate biologial materials.
