EasyPREP Sample Handler is designed for high precision reagent additions, sample dilutions, sample aliquoting, automated pipetting and other applications. The system dispenses sample volumes from 5 µl to 100ml from up to 7 reagents.

EasyPREP Sample Handler comes with a PC Controller which offers intuitive method development software that is easy to configure to your sample needs.

The EasyPREP system has been optimised against acid corrosion by the introduction of a number of innovative design features.

• Minimal number of metal components.
• Acid resistant Kydex and solid surfacing material for the staging table.
• Electrical components are non-vapor penetrating (switches, connections, etc).
• Electronic cards are coated to prevent acid vapor attack.
• Acid resistant PFA Probe, Fluoropolymer tubing, polyethylene tubing and connectors, and ceramic valve.
• Dedicated Pump with Teflon valve and Teflon barrel for safe dispensing of Hydrofluoric Acid.

Typical Sample Procedure:

1. Weigh samples into tared 50 ml DigiTUBEs or 50 / 75 ml NovaWAVE vessels.
2. Add acid and other reagents using EasyPREP Sample Handler.
3. Digest samples on a DigiPREP Graphite Block or using NovaWAVE Microwave Digestion Systems.
4. Once digested, add internal standard with EasyPREP Sample Handler directly into the digestion tube.
5. Normalize to your method’s volume with AccuNORM.
6. EasyPREP Sample Handler can then transfer an aliquot to autosampler tubes or can perform several different dilutions on the same sample, directly to assigned autosampler tubes, reducing the risk of sample carryover in between samples.
7. EasyPREP Sample Handler and DigiTUBEs, automatically transfer normalized samples to autosampler tubes in AA / ICP OEM racks.
