Introducing the Kinematic Viscosity Bath, a constant temperature bath designed for accurate glass capillary viscometry determinations.
With microprocessor PID circuitry, this bath provides precise and reliable temperature control within ASTM specified stability and uniformity throughout the operating range. It accommodates seven glass capillary viscometers of various types and has LED illumination inside the bath for easy viewing.
The built-in cooling coil can be connected to tap water or a recirculating water chiller to facilitate temperature control at ambient or below ambient temperatures. The bath conforms to ASTM D445 and related specifications, with a temperature range of 20°C to 100°C and a temperature stability of ± 0.02°C.
The bath is constructed of stainless steel and has dual digital displays to show setpoint and actual bath temperature. It has an integrated redundant over-temperature and low liquid level cut-off circuitry for added safety.
The Kinematic Viscosity Bath has electrical requirements of 115V-240V 50/60Hz, Single Phase, 12A Max and is a top-of-the-line option for accurate and reliable glass capillary viscometry determinations.
