Powder XRF Forum organised by RIGAKU

We are pleased to announce that Rigaku Europe SE will be holding a three days Powder XRD Forum which will be conducted in ON-LINE format following the best practices for on-line conferences and events.

The event will be scheduled in the first week of March 2021 after attaining agreement with all key speakers.

During the meeting we will discuss classical XRD topics as well as advanced X-ray scattering techniques:

• Progress in structure solution and refinement using powder diffraction data

• Total scattering studies (PDF analysis)

• Use of XRPD in the pharmaceutical industry

• Non ambient in-situ studies

• Battery materials and in-operando measurements

• Nanomaterials: structural, microstructural aspects

• Quantitative phase analysis using XRPD (WPPF, DD method, etc.)

• Stress, strain and texture
