By popular demand, we have pleasure in announcing our 2019 XRF series of courses also including XRF sample preparation. The courses have been adapted to accommodate users of any kind of XRF Spectrometer.
The program is as follows:
30th Sept – 1st Oct 2019 Wavelength Dispersive XRF Spectrometry
A two day course focusing of the key principles of wavelength dispersive XRF and their practical application. Intended for existing and prospective WD-XRF users who wish to advance their understanding of the technique.
Cost £495 + VAT
2nd Oct 2019 XRF Sample Preparation – One Day Masterclass
In conjunction with Fluxana, a one day course focusing entirely on sample preparation for XRF. Including sample prep theory and lab-based practical demonstrations of liquid, pressed pellet and fused bead preparation.
Cost £140 + VAT
3rd – 4th Oct 2019 Energy Dispersive XRF Spectrometry
A two day course focusing of the key principles of energy dispersive XRF and their practical application. Intended for existing and prospective EDXRF users who wish to advance their understanding of the technique.
Cost £495 + VAT
If you have purchased an XRF spectrometer from SciMed within 12 month of the course, you are entitled to one free space.
This will take place in our training facility in Stockport, near Manchester.
