The XRF methods for testing ultra low sulfur in diesel by ED-XRF (3 – 942mg/kg S in Automotive, Heating and Jet Fuels by Monochromatic EDXRF) include the following: ASTM D7220, XRF, EPA ULSD, EPA Tier 3. All these methods can be carried out on the RIGAKU NEX-CG polarised ED-XRF.
