ultrasound is one of the cleanest, cheapest and most efficient ways to directly promote particle size reduction for wet-milling and micro-grinding of particels down to a few microns and below. Metal oxides, ceramics, TiO2 carbon black and other stubborn materials that are a challenge for traditional methods are easy with ultrasound.
