Food production, manufacturing sites and waste services are facing increasing demand to quantify the amount of fat, oil and grease in their effluent streams. The classical methods are cumbersome, laborious and often inaccurate. This talk discusses the issues with the different analytical methods and positions a quick and easy method, based around the InfraCal analyser using EPA method 1664.
