The RIGAKU SUPERMINI200 is the second generation product in RIGAKU’s unique range of benchtop WDXRF.
Its 200W air cooled tube combined with its benchtop size, make it a unique and powerfull tool for most analytical laboratories.
Simple
The first benchtop WDXRF first released by Rigaku in 2001 represented a paradigm shift in the industry, providing many of the benefits of the larger WDXRF machines at a greatly reduced cost, with simplified installation.
The Supermini200 only requires a standard 13A power supply, P-10 gas for its detector and optional He purge when the applications demand it. None of the other costly services usually associated with high powered WD-XRF spectrometer are required.
Sensitive
The Supermini 200 offers excellent sensitivity for the light elements ( F-Cu) as well as high resolution, thus making it an excellent tool for applications such as Cement, Ores and Oils, also complying with many ASTM methods.
Super
The Supermini is extremely flexible, capable of measuring from O to U in solids, liquids and powders, under vacuum or helium environments. The instrument comes standard with a 12-position sample changer for simple, automated operation. As with all Rigaku benchtop WDXRF systems the Supermini contains all the special software features available in the other members of Rigaku’s ZSX series. Data processing is powerful and simple, using Rigaku’s trademark flowbar interface for both quantitative and qualitative analysis.
